Every photographer has their own style and you need to be sure that whoever you choose has a style with which you are comfortable. Below I have tried to summarise the way that like to operate, so you will have a better idea whether I am the right photographer for you.

• Informal – I know that every couple would like a few formal portraits to appear in their wedding album and I will make sure that I take some romantic posed shots of you and your partner at certain points throughout the day as well as some group shots of the bridesmaids, ushers and other important guests. However, for most of the day I will be blending into the surroundings in an attempt to capture the real emotions and events of your big day, rather than taking a series of staged photographs where everybody looks stiff and a little unnatural.
• Flexible – I like to fit in with my clients’ requirements rather than trying to force them to fit in with the way that I like to work, so there is no need for you to worry that I will try to pressure you into doing anything with which you are not completely comfortable; quite the opposite in fact. I think that the best photographs in a wedding album are those in which the people had no idea there was a lens trained on them and were therefore behaving in a completely natural manner.
• Punctual – You will be pleased to know that my casual approach does not extend to my timekeeping and I always arrive in good time to capture the shots that my clients wish me to take.
